What are research supplies?

Almost every peptide we sell ships as freeze-dried powder, so you need a solvent before you can use it. Research Water is the standard choice for water-soluble peptides. It’s the same formula many labs call bacteriostatic water, and the benzyl alcohol helps keep the vial clean between draws.

How much Research Water do you need?

A 3ml vial covers one or two peptide vials. The 10ml size suits most single orders, and the 30ml vial makes sense if you work through many vials at once. Packs of 3, 6 and 12 save up to 20 percent. Benzyl alcohol details are on PubChem. Popular peptides to pair it with include BPC-157 and TB-500.

Storing and using research supplies

Keep Research Water at room temperature and out of direct sunlight until you open it. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab before every draw, and use a fresh sterile needle each time so the vial stays clean. Once a vial has been opened, write the date on the label. When you reconstitute a peptide, add the water slowly down the inside wall of the peptide vial and swirl it gently. Don’t shake it.
