Our shipping and returns policy in plain English: how fast orders leave Gilbert, Arizona, what happens if something arrives damaged, and how refunds work.
Every order ships from our warehouse in Gilbert, Arizona with 2-day shipping. You’ll get an email with tracking once the label is printed. Vials are sealed, labeled and packed so they don’t move around in the box.
We pack orders in the order they come in, check every vial against the packing slip, and seal the box before it goes to the carrier. If something on your order is temporarily unavailable, we’ll email you before we ship so you can choose a replacement or a refund for that item.
We ship within the United States. Please check that your address is complete before you pay, because we can’t change a shipment once it’s with the carrier.
Open the box soon after delivery and put the vials in the fridge. Most of our peptides keep best at 36 to 46 °F (2 to 8 °C). The product page lists anything that needs to be frozen.
Because these are sealed research compounds, we can’t accept returns of opened vials, and we can’t resell anything that has left our hands. That keeps every vial we sell untouched.
We will make it right if we got something wrong. If your order arrives damaged, if a vial is broken, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund the affected items.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.
Most delivery issues come from an incomplete address, such as a missing apartment or suite number. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we’ll contact you and can reship it once you confirm the address. The carrier’s return shipping cost may apply.
If tracking hasn’t moved for several days, or the package shows delivered and you can’t find it, get in touch. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and keep you posted.

If your package is late, check the tracking link first. Most delays are a carrier scan that hasn’t updated yet. If it still hasn’t moved after a few days, email us and we’ll sort it out with the carrier.
