What is GLOW blend?
GLOW is a three-peptide blend of BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. Most of it, by weight, is GHK-Cu. The 50mg vial holds 5mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 35mg GHK-Cu, a 1:2:7 split. Because of the copper, the powder has a light blue tint.
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on part of a gastric juice protein. TB-500 is a 43-amino-acid synthetic version of thymosin beta-4. GHK-Cu is the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine bound to a copper(II) ion, which Dr. Loren Pickart first isolated from human blood plasma in 1973.

What researchers study GLOW blend for
GHK-Cu has a long research history in skin and connective tissue models, and the other two parts have their own preclinical literature. The GLOW peptide blend puts all three in one vial for lab convenience. It’s for research use only. The BPC-157 component is listed on NIH PubChem.
How to store GLOW blend
Keep it refrigerated at 36 to 46 °F (2 to 8 °C). Copper peptides don’t like light, so keep the vial in its box or somewhere dark.
Most labs reconstitute with Research Water, which is sterile-filtered water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol.
When it’s time to reconstitute, let the vial come to room temperature first. Add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial so it doesn’t hit the powder directly, then swirl gently until the liquid is clear. Don’t shake it. Write the date on the label so you know how long it’s been mixed.

KLOW adds a fourth peptide, KPV, and uses a larger 80mg fill. You can compare it on the KLOW peptide blend page.
Is GLOW peptide blend 50mg for human use?
No. It’s sold for laboratory research only. It isn’t approved for human or veterinary use, and we don’t give dosing advice.
