Description
The Vilon 20mg 6 pack from Oath Peptides gets you 6 vials of Vilon 20mg for $408, or $68 a vial. Vilon is a synthetic Lys-Glu bioregulator dipeptide supplied as freeze-dried powder.

What is Vilon?
Vilon is a synthetic dipeptide, L-lysyl-L-glutamic acid (Lys-Glu), from the Khavinson short-peptide series. It’s made synthetically, not isolated from tissue.
At two amino acids it’s the shortest peptide we carry. It’s been studied in thymocyte, lymphocyte and monocyte cell cultures.

What researchers study Vilon for
A 2022 peer-reviewed study reported that KE changed STAT1 and ERK1/2 phosphorylation in the THP-1 human monocyte cell line. No validated receptor target is known, and the chromatin mechanism in the older literature is still a proposed model. See Vilon on NIH PubChem.
About Khavinson bioregulator peptides
Vilon belongs to a family of very short peptides, two to four amino acids long, developed at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology under Vladimir Khavinson. The group started in the 1970s and 1980s with polypeptide extracts from animal organs. Later they picked out short sequences inside those extracts and began making them synthetically.
Most of the published research still comes from that institute and the labs it works with, and much of it is cell culture and animal work. Independent replication is limited, so it makes sense to design studies with that in mind. You can compare the whole family in our bioregulator peptides range.
How to store Vilon
Keep the sealed vial in the fridge at 36 to 46 °F (2 to 8 °C). After reconstitution, keep it cold and use it within a few weeks.
Most labs reconstitute with Research Water, which is sterile-filtered water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol.
When it’s time to reconstitute, let the vial come to room temperature first. Add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial so it doesn’t hit the powder directly, then swirl gently until the liquid is clear. Don’t shake it. Write the date on the label so you know how long it’s been mixed.
